This requirement obliges us to have a sales force with both strong skills in microbiology but also real predisposition to sale.
The Sales representative has a primary mission in the company: to monitor and develop customership. He must help clients in identifying their needs in order to propose the most appropriate solution (especially given the wide range of products offered by AES Chemunex).
Application engineer: He supports the development of sales. He is the preferred partner for technical questions, and is responsible for training and supporting the work of sales representatives. 
The sales department secretary receives, and sends the control offers (including tender).
One of the advantages of the company is its ability to innovate. The company is worldwide recognized for its innovations in culture media and automates, including high-tech analysers..
Over 10% of the company's work force are dedicated to research and development.
So we have research and development teams specifically dedicated to media culture, automated microbiology, classical and rapid methods (Cytometry and Molecular Biology).
The company is constantly looking for skilled people in Biology (Microbiology, Cytometry, optics, molecular biology) but also in Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical.

Each year, the company manufactures thousands of automates, produces tens of millions of Petri dish (culture media), and delivers its to customers in over 70 countries (> 200 000 colis sent from the production site).
For the sake of quality, the whole production is held at the site of Combourg (35) in Brittany (France).
At each stage of the industrial process (receipt of raw materials, production, storage, order picking, delivery), the company is extremely careful to respect the rules of Quality.
Many training activities are also organized in this direction.
