ProtoCOL 2 Zone automatically marks and measures zone diameters either one at a time or all the zones on the plate simultaneously.

The software is so well designed it can measure inhibition zones with a resolution of better than 0.05mm from the edge of an antibiotic disc or well to produce data on the zone size only. This saves time because you can perform tests with different antibiotic disc sizes or wells on one plate, without having to measure and subtract disc and well sizes from your calculations. Additionally, you can automatically transfer your results to Excel or a LIMS for statistical analysis or archiving.
